The business philosophy of Young An is 'serving and sharing, and returning business profit to society.'
A Korean war orphan, Chairman Baik Sung-Hak has a business philosophy that states
'businesses pursue profit but it should not be the only purpose, it must serve the
unfortunate neighbors and the communities, andit must be the pioneer of giving love
and caring for others.'
In 2008 Chairman Baik established the Baik's Foundation under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and Commerce to contribute to building a better world by following and promoting his 'serving, sharing' philosophy,
and by successfully supporting the domestic and international social work and global exchange programs through
international cooperation. Also in 2008, by establishing the 'Foundation Baik' in Costa Rica,
Young An laid the foundationto more successfully carry out the international social works on a global basis.
Together,with people with warm heart, Baik's Foundation will take the lead in practicing
the sharing of love with and serving the disadvantaged and the neglected around the world.
